Born and raised in Romania (Eastern Europe), Claudia immigrated to US in 2005 to pursue The American Dream. She established roots in Central Indiana. Her family of 3 that immigrated from Europe is at 4 now as her son was born here in 2010. After catering for family and friends, in 2020 Claudia decided that it is time to run her own show. The Signature started in 2021. Claudia's approach is customized menu options for special events. There are not 2 menus that are the same in what she is doing. Using fresh ingredients and cool techniques, she is committed to bring tasteful food and great flavors to your table.
